About this campsite
This waterfront campground in Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park overlooks Pittwater and offers 114 tent and remote camping sites with facilities including toilets, showers, drinking water, barbecue facilities and picnic tables. Access is by ferry from Palm Beach, water taxi, boat or via a 2.8km walk from West Head Road carpark, and the site is pet friendly. The Basin is the only campground in the national park and features a sheltered beach, inland lagoon and grassy camping areas with views across the water.
