About this campsite
This waterfront campground in Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park overlooks Pittwater and features 114 tent sites with toilets, showers, drinking water, barbecue facilities and picnic tables. There's no vehicle access to The Basin—you can walk the 2.8km track from West Head Road carpark or arrive by ferry, water taxi or boat from Palm Beach. The site is pet friendly and offers a sheltered beach, lagoon access and opportunities to spot local wildlife like swamp wallabies and kookaburras.
