Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to all features. When downgrading, your plan changes at the end of your current billing cycle, and you'll retain access to premium features until then.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All payments are encrypted and we never store your card details on our servers.
What's the difference between the AI tiers?
Plus gives you the AI Trip Planner — it suggests routes, recommends campsites and trails, and estimates travel times. Pro adds the AI Booking Agent (searches and books ferries, flights, deals) and AI Trip Manager (re-plans on the fly, manages bookings, tracks budget, rig-aware fuel and weather routing). Ultimate includes all AI features plus a dedicated human concierge team.
What is the Ultimate plan commitment?
Ultimate requires a 12-month commitment at $79/month. This is because we allocate a dedicated human concierge team to your account. You can request cancellation at any time, but your plan remains active until the commitment end date. You cannot downgrade during the commitment period.
What deals are included in Plus?
Plus members get exclusive access to our curated deals and coupons for campsites, caravan parks, tours, and travel experiences across Australia. We partner with hundreds of businesses to bring you discounts typically ranging from 10-30% off. New deals are added weekly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Plus and Pro can be cancelled at any time — no commitment required. When you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Ultimate has a 12-month commitment, but you can request cancellation and your service will continue until the commitment end date.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Plus and Pro plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund.
