If you're travelling from Wangaratta, head south along the King Valley Road and follow signs toward Whitfield and Cheshunt. Upper King River Road will take you directly to the winery. The King Valley is well suited to a self-guided driving tour, with a number of cellar doors spread along the valley floor.
