Short walks close to town include Figtree Lane and the Dunsborough to Busselton Shared Path, both within 2km. The Cathedral Loop is 3km away. For longer day walks, the Meelup-Dunsborough Trail, Quenda Trail, and Wardanup Trail are all within 30–31km, offering varied terrain through local bushland.

Camping

Busselton has excellent caravan park options. Kookaburra Caravan Park and Geographe Bay Holiday Park are on town's edge, while Busselton Holiday Village and Beachlands Holiday Park offer beachside locations within 5km. The Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park is 49km south and worth a full day visit. Limestone caves including Mammoth Cave and Lake Cave are accessible as longer drives.
