Strathalbyn is a well-established South Australian town positioned between the Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale wine region. The area offers excellent access to walking trails, local wineries, and outdoor recreation for touring visitors and caravan travellers.

Walks & Trails

Children's Bridge is right on your doorstep. For longer hikes, head to Nurragi Conservation Reserve (13km) or explore the network of trails around the Hills region, including Brimarvi Road (15km). Mountain bikers can tackle Freedom F-ride-ay (20km), while hikers have numerous options within 20–21km, such as Stop Ya Whinging, Verge of Ruin, and Hump Day.

Wineries & Cellar Doors
