About Remarkable Rocks
A cluster of dramatically weathered granite boulders perched on a 75m coastal headland within Flinders Chase National Park. Wind, rain and salt spray have sculpted the orange-lichen-covered rocks into extraordinary organic forms over 500 million years. Sunrise and sunset light transforms the rocks into vivid reds and golds, making this one of Australia's most photographed natural sites.
