Morrisons Winery

Morrisons Winery sits in Glenrowan, one of Victoria's most historically layered wine regions, about 230 kilometres northeast of Melbourne in the foothills of the Victorian Alps. The town is perhaps best known for its association with Ned Kelly, but Glenrowan has been quietly producing wine for well over a century, and the region's warm continental climate and red soils make it well suited to full-bodied red varieties, particularly Shiraz and Durif.

Getting There

The winery is located at 30 Kays Lane, Glenrowan. From Melbourne, take the Hume Freeway northeast and exit onto the Glenrowan-Benalla Road — the drive is around two and a half hours. Access along Kays Lane is straightforward for touring vehicles, making it a practical stop on a northeast Victoria wine trail.
