About This Trail

The Camperdown-Timboon Rail Trail passes through farming land and temperate rain forest and via Cobden to the impressive Curdies River trestle bridge. It connects to Port Campbell via the 12 Apostles Trail. The section between Merretts Rd, Glenfyne, and the Curdies River Bridge near Timboon is open. It is due to close again in January 2027 while the last old bridge in this section is replaced. Horses are not permitted on the section from Bridges 11 to 15 The recommended route from Camperdown has views but is hilly [2010]
