About this campsite
This beachside campground in Goolawah National Park near Crescent Head offers 20 unpowered tent and camper trailer sites positioned right on Goolawah Beach, with toilets, outside showers, and basic facilities including water for drinking and cooking. The campground is sheltered by Racecourse Headland and surrounded by paperbarks and coastal banksia, making it an excellent base for surfing, fishing, birdwatching, whale watching, and snorkelling. Fires are only permitted in off-ground braziers (available for hire), and 2WD access is available via Point Plomer Road.
