About this campsite
Kedumba River Crossing is a walk-in campground deep in Blue Mountains National Park's Jamison Valley, featuring 20 unpowered tent sites in a grassy area with views of Mount Solitary. Access requires a challenging 9km walk from Wentworth Falls (3-4 hours down, 3-4 hours back) or a 15.5km walk from Katoomba, with facilities limited to toilets, picnic tables, and barbecue areas. This remote, self-sufficient campground charges only a $6 booking fee and requires campers to carry in all water and supplies, with creek water needing treatment before use.
