Carrington Falls is a magnificent two-drop waterfall on the Kangaroo River within Budderoo National Park, dropping approximately 45 m into a deep rainforest gorge near Robertson. The falls are surrounded by lush temperate rainforest and can be viewed from an accessible lookout, with a more adventurous track descending to river level. The area is part of the Illawarra escarpment and receives significant rainfall, keeping the falls flowing for most of the year.

Drive to Robertson village (150 km south of Sydney via Princes Motorway and Illawarra Highway), then follow Carrington Falls Road 7 km east.

Carrington Falls is located within Budderoo National Park in the Southern Highlands, part of the Illawarra escarpment region. The two-drop plunge waterfall on the Kangaroo River has long been a notable natural attraction, with the surrounding temperate rainforest providing habitat for native species including the lyrebird.
