Narooma is a laid-back coastal village positioned on the Princes Highway with direct access to some of the South Coast's best walking country. The surrounding hinterland offers a mix of rainforest trails, lakeside walks, and plenty of camping options, making it an ideal base for caravanners and campers exploring this stretch of NSW.

Walks & Trails

The area boasts a impressive network of hiking trails within 6–10km. Close by are the Pineapple Tree Highway, Walbunja Whipbird, and Box Cutting Rainforest Walk, all offering different terrain and forest experiences. Shorter options include Mummuga Lake Walk and Berm-a-Gooey. For those wanting more variety, Back to the Future and Happy Birthday are within 10km, plus a dozen more named trails in the immediate vicinity.

Camping

Several caravan parks and campsites are within easy reach. BIG4 Narooma East's Holiday Park is on the doorstep, while Surf Beach Holiday Park Narooma and Discovery Parks – Narooma Beach are 2–5km away.
