Will you share my visa details with anyone?
No. Your visa details are stored privately on your account and never shared. Only when you actively click "Get renewal help" — and only if you fill in and submit the renewal enquiry form — do we forward your name, email, and situation to a registered Australian migration agent.
Can I turn off the email reminders?
Yes. Every reminder email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also toggle reminders on or off per visa from your tracker.
What happens if my visa expires?
You'll still receive the on-the-day email and a follow-up after expiry, because you may be able to apply for a new visa within the 28-day grace period. We'll point you to a registered migration agent if your visa subclass supports renewal.
