An intriguing trail steeped in colonial and maritime history, the Outer Harbor Greenway rail trail lets you experience an amazing period in Adelaide's development
This ride uses quiet roads and paths adjacent to an operational railway line starting from the Adelaide Parklands and following the rail corridor to the Port Dock precinct and then on to Outer Harbor.
Access : The trail starts on the shared path near the Morphett St Bridge and Adelaide Railway Station (Search: Barr Smith Walk). Parking can be difficult in the city however Bonython Park, a kilometer along the trail, can have spare parking if there are no events on in the park (Search: Bonython Park).
Access: This section of trail commences from the Woodville Railway Station (Search: bike repair station Woodville railway station). there is often street parking available in Rowley Terrace on the southern side of the railway line.
