Seller's Comment the caravan is ready for use with additional chairs, induction cooker, step in case you need it to get into the caravan, air frier, it has also a disel heater all ready for the cool days. The caravan has a 270 awning fitted on for easy set up and its a good one that will stay still in a storm.  It has a 3000 Watt inverter, 400 Ah Lithium Bateries, 500 Watt solar through 50 Amp DC -DC charger, upgrated Lovell suspension, wild peak all terain tyres, kings 90 LTR fridge included, BBQ and assessories including sircco fans x 2. You just need to bring your own clothes, linen and crockery to complete this set up. The reason it has so many extras is that we were trying so many chairs to find the ones we like and can fit where it needs to go. We also have gone biger so lots of stuff does not fit in the new spaces happy to give it away just to get rid of the caravan. Those that see it will buy it straight away.
