This free campsite is located beside Marramarra Creek in Marramarra National Park near Hornsby and is only accessible on foot via the 3.5km Marramarra Ridge trail or by water, offering a peaceful retreat for tent campers and backpackers. Facilities include toilets, unpowered sites, barbecue facilities and picnic tables, with a $6 booking fee applied (no nightly camping fees), and the site is pet friendly. The area offers excellent opportunities for canoeing, kayaking, fishing, walking, birdwatching and exploring historic orange orchards from early European settlers.
