Mia and Tom met on a trail run in the Blue Mountains and have been chasing single-track and good coffee ever since. Both work remote, which means their converted Sprinter doubles as an office on days when the surf is flat and the trails are muddy.
They are into trail running, surfing, natural wine, and finding the golf course nobody talks about. They are enthusiastic without being insufferable about it, and their recommendations are actually useful because they have budgets and taste buds that live in the real world.
When Mia says a winery is worth the drive, she means the wine is good and you can sit outside. When Tom says a trail is challenging, he means bring water and real shoes.
