About this campsite
This bushcamp is set in lowland palm-rivine rainforest in Finch Hatton Gorge, just 2km from Eungella National Park near Mackay, with 2WD access available. The site offers three timber-slab huts, camping areas with flush toilets and rainforest showers, a well-equipped kitchen and dining hut, firepits, and a small BYO bar, plus a crystal-clear platypus viewing pool and large rock swimming pool. There's no power or television, allowing you to experience the natural sounds of the rainforest, from the creek and bird calls to cicadas and frogs.
