About this campsite
Canns Camp Creek is a quiet, partially-shaded camping area in open woodland within White Mountains National Park, located approximately 10km from the national park entrance via Poison Valley Road. The campsite has eight numbered sites suitable for tent camping and camper trailers, with facilities including non-flush toilets, dirt surfaces, and permitted campfires in provided fire rings. Access is by 4WD vehicle only, and the road may be boggy and inaccessible during the wet season (usually November to April), so bring drinking water, rubbish bags, insect repellent and a gas stove as mobile phone coverage is unreliable.
