This remote campground within Yuraygir National Park sits on a sandy peninsula between the Sandon River and protected ocean, offering 29 unpowered sites suitable for tents, camper trailers and caravans. Facilities include toilets, barbecue areas, picnic tables, a boat ramp and public phone, with basic supplies available 12.5km away in Brooms Head village. The location provides excellent access to fishing, swimming, canoeing and the multi-day Yuraygir coastal walk, though the gravel access road varies in condition and may not suit all vehicles.
