About this campsite
This campsite in the heart of Currawinya National Park features shady areas beside a semi-permanent waterhole, with unnumbered sites suitable for tent camping and off-road camper trailers. Facilities include flush toilets, cold showers, and picnic tables, with campfires allowed outside fire ban periods, though fuel stoves are recommended. Access is by 4WD vehicle in dry weather only, located approximately 51km north-west from the ranger station, so bring at least 7 litres of water per person daily as local water is not suitable for drinking.
